The campaign will feature 12 steps to Emergency Preparedness, a monthly look at various ways Utahans can become more involved in helping their community prepare in the event of a natural or man-made disaster. It will also be the focus of the Department of Public Safety's quarterly, regional training meetings.

The site gives victims step-by-step directions on how to repair their credit and resolve other problems caused by ID theft. The site also includes a section with information on current scams and illegal solicitations.

Utah Cares This web site connects needy people with government and community services including food and clothing pantries, health care, child care and housing assistance. Use of the site is free and confidential. Three state departments created this site, Health, Human Services and Workforce Services. This site is also available in Spanish.
